It's hard to keep it clean

Postby SkyRider » Wed Oct 07, 2015 8:11 pm

Hi guys

I find the rear hugger too short to be effective and the bike gets very dirty by the swing arm or just the whole rear section. I get a lot of dirt chucked at the back of my legs and boots in wet weather too.

Whenever I get the chance at weekends I'm always washing it.

I agree with you 100%. Can't complain with regards weather as yet but I'm all ready thinking about adding a fender extender or additional hugger later on before the rainy season.

Definitely do something about it. I get mud and dirt on the side of the seat and back of my legs too. The factory hugger is just for show I'm afraid.

I was recommended Vulcanet wipes.

Used them a few times, results are amazing, especially on the black plastic or frame.

Shiny bike looks lovely mate. Mine is coated in thin mud.
