Postby Big Al » Sat May 13, 2017 10:57 pm

Hi all, after owning honda blackbirds & sports type bikes for many years ive had enough of aching bones & sore wrists...I decided last week to demo an mt09 tracer...Bloody hell!!!! What a bike ...I feel i could ride this bike all day,,,not sure how comfortable the seat is as only rode 20 miles....Have just paid deposit on a new Mountain green 17 plate....cant wait...pics to follow...

Good on you, big Al.

I did the same in November last year, and haven't looked back since. Really enjoy it!
I haven't found the seat too hard - my other half tells me though that the seat have some extra polstring under my pants. No idea WTF thats about lol
3 is a lucky number

Well done mate, very wise decision!

I saw one in mountain green for the first time the other day at the dealership and it looks great! When can you pick it up?

Welcome big Al

The colour is quite unique and I'm sure you will love owning the bike. The seat is not the most comfortable out there but neither is it the hardest. I ride 60 miles a day with the standard seat and only occasionally I get numb butt.

1st ride today on new tracer & what a brilliant bike...150 miles covered, keeping it under 6000 rpm as running in ...Like others haave said i found the seat a tad hard, but if this is the only negative,i can live with that.....
